I’m a strategist, storyteller and complex systems thinker working at the intersection of culture, community and social change.
Over the past two decades, I have led transformative initiatives across the charity, cultural and public sectors—most recently as Chief Executive of Creative Kernow, Cornwall’s leading creative industries charity group. In this role I built cross-sector partnerships, developed innovative new revenue streams and championed inclusive, sustainable growth for the region’s creative ecology.
My career has been shaped by a deep commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices and fostering systemic innovation. From founding Cornwall 365—a pioneering cultural tourism programme turned digital publishing platform—to spearheading new philanthropy initiatives at Tate, I’ve consistently translated complex challenges into actionable, values-led solutions.
I’m also a Clore Fellow, a published researcher and a mentor to emerging leaders. My work is grounded in ethical reflection, academic rigour and a belief in the power of language to drive change.
